Job Transaction Processing - Fault + Reading

If you have the Micronet Plant + Maintenance (MPM) module installed as part of MJC, use this option to record measurement readings, fault codes and downtime for items of plant and equipment used on a service job.

Display the Job Transaction Processing screen.

Refer to "Managing Service Jobs".

Select FAULT + READING.

Micronet displays the Enter Fault Code + Reading screen.

Complete the following fields:

	Field	Value
	Measurement Type	If you are recording a measurement reading for the item of plant or equipment, enter the measurement code (e.g. counts, readings, etc.) or press spacebar then Enter to select a measurement code. Your measurement codes must be already setup in Micronet (refer to "Plant + Maintenance - Measurement Types").
	Reading	If you are recording a measurement reading, enter the reading.
	Fault Code	If you are recording a fault for the item of plant or equipment, enter the fault code, or press spacebar then Enter to select a fault code. Your fault codes must be already setup in Micronet (refer to "Plant + Maintenance - Fault Codes").
	DownTime	If you are recording a fault, enter the downtime (in hours) that can be attributed to this fault code.

Select the Accept button.

Micronet redisplays the Job Transaction Processing screen.
